5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own expiry period. If the wagering is not completed within the set time, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Using multiple bonuses at the same time may not be possible unless specifically stated.

5.3 VIP Program

6.1 Bet Confirmation

Once a bet is accepted, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If a bet is not accepted due to a technical error, it will be considered void and the stake will be refunded.

6.2 Software Errors

If a software or system error results in an abnormal win or outcome, 9bets reserves the right to void it. Any funds paid out as a result of such an error may be reclaimed.
